If you're mounting the Windows partition read/write from Linux, Windows should have Fast Startup/hibernation disabled. A hibernated/dirty NTFS filesystem can prevent Linux from mounting it safely; the kernel ntfs3 driver can refuse a dirty volume.
Also, I'd use ntfs3, not the old ntfs-3g, on a current Arch system. Arch's current documentation identifies ntfs3 as the kernel driver and notes that modern udisks prefers it.
grub menu needs to detect windows install in another drive, that needs a conf file edit
archinstall scripts should be in this repo for downloading
curl -O https://git.baltrust.eu.org/Baltrust/fixes/raw/branch/main/user_configuration.json
archinstall --config user_configuration.json
after running archinstall use chroot option and run after.sh script
curl -O https://git.baltrust.eu.org/Baltrust/fixes/raw/branch/main/after.sh
chmod +x after.sh
./after.sh

1. Install Everything
Install Zsh, Powerlevel10k, plugins, and the Meslo Nerd Font:
yay -S zsh zsh-theme-powerlevel10k zsh-autosuggestions zsh-syntax-highlighting ttf-meslo-nerd
2. Change Your Default Shell to Zsh
chsh -s /bin/zsh
Important: Log out of your account and log back in for the change to take effect.
